The following guide outlines the steps toward a successful registration on this website.

1. Please go to the Members List to check if your name appears under any of the listed Member Classifications. If your name does not appear on the list it only means that you are not a registered member of the Jacques DeMolay No. 305, and your membership request to this website will not be approved.
2. Click on the "Register " link or CLICK HERE.
3. You will see the registration form, a facsimile of which is shown below:

4. Fill out all the blanks marked with . Fields without that mark may be left blank, and can be filled out later when your membership has been approved, allowing you to update your profile. You are encouraged to fill in as much data as you can. All information that you give will not be seen by unregistered viewers on the site. Only your registered bretheren will see your details.
5. When you are done filling out the information fields, click on the Submit button.
6. You will receive a notification email regarding your application in the email address that you entered upon registration. Please follow the instructions in that email to confirm that it is actually you who submitted the registration, and not a robot or an impostor. If you do not find an email from the website in your inbox shortly after you register, please look in your Bulk/Junk mail folder.
7. After you have clicked on the link in the email message to confirm your application for membership on the website, the Site Administrator will see your application and manually approve it if it meets the criteria stated in Step 1.
8. When your application is approved and made active, you will receive another email with the status of your membership to the website. You can now login with your username and password.
