JDML 305 Medical Mission PDF Print E-mail

jdml305 medical mission Jacques DeMolay Memorial Lodge No.305 led by its Worshipful Master, WM Jonathan Cuezon, conducted a succesful Medical Mission yesterday, Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Brgy. San Lorenzo Ruiz in San Juan, Taytay, Rizal.

More than a hundred of indigent families of San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish were given medical check-up and provided with free medicines. The medical mission was held inside the San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish Church through the efforts and in coordination with Parish lay leader Mrs. Angie Viterbo and the San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish Social Services coordinator, Sister Alma Behrin.

The Medical Team was formed and led by Sis. Dr. Gaylil Lu Cuezon, wife of WM Jonathan Cuezon, and was composed of Dr. Ma. Imelda S. Evangelista, a sister of a Past Master of Lake Pinamaloy Lodge No. 230 at Don Carlos, Bukidnon, WB Dr. Benito Adona, Past Master of Salug Valley Lodge No.216 of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, and Sis. Dada Ancajas, the team's nurse. The team was supported by the medical staff of Lu Cuezon and Evangelista Medical Clinic.

Jacques DeMolay Memorial Lodge No. 305 is thankful to the following for providing the medicines: Westfield  Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Lejal Laboratories, Inc., Pharma Dynamic, San Marino Laboratories Corp., Randril International Co., Inc. and Primamedic Products. Also for the medicines donated by Pascual Laboratories through Petitioner Bro. Ramon Bernal.   

The Brethen who made themselves available to support and assist in the mission were, Senior Warden Francis Blanco, VW Jojo Javier, VW Gigi Ancajas, WI Manny Valloso, Bro. Manny Gudito, Bro. Cris Gaerlan and JDML 305 Petitioners, Bro. Ferdie Gaerlan and Bro. Ramon Bernal.

After the Medical Mission, the Team and Brethren proceeded to the residence of WM Jonathan Cuezon for lunch and fellowship. A banquet was prepared for the occasion of the 45th wedding anniversary of WM Jonathan's parents, WB Alredo Cuezon, a Past Master of Agusan Valley Lodge No.160 and Sis. Aurora Cuezon, a Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star.

After a succesful Masonic work on Relief, the Brethren enjoyed their refreshment and fellowship, fulfilling the passage that on the basis of Relief, we form our friendship and establish our connections.
