squareandcompassesJacques DeMolay Memorial Lodge No.305 is proud to announce that one of its founding and Charter member, Bro. Samuel H. Gaerlan, has just recently been appointed Justice of the appelate court

According to the Supreme Court website :

"...Justice Samuel H. Gaerlan from the Quezon City RTC Branch 92 were sworn in as Justice of the Court of Appeals on July 15, 2009...Justice Gaerlan...has been consistently cited for judicial excellence by his peers such as the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Rotary Club.

Justice Gaerlan, an alumnus of the San Beda College of Law, was designated as RTC Judge in his native La Union in 1993, serving this post until his appointment to the QC RTC in 2004. He had also previously worked as a public attorney and a law instructor prior to serving the Judiciary."

Bro. Samuel Gaerlan is also a Senior member of the Order of DeMolay, Diego Silang Chapter in San Fernando, La Union. His mother lodge is Island-Luz-Minerva Lodge No.5, F.& A.M., GLP.
